St. Patrick’s Day Coffee Drinks That Will Give You The Luck of the Irish

With these two fun (and, more importantly, green!) seasonal drinks, the only person who will be pinching you this St. Patrick’s day is yourself, because of how incredibly good they taste! These drinks are both iced but could also be made hot if that’s your individual preference. Enjoy!

Iced Bailey’s mocha latte with green cold foam

Recipe

For the iced mocha:

2 shots espresso, or strong cold brew

½ cup oat milk

Splenda

Melted Bailey’s chocolate chips (to taste)

If desired, drizzle chocolate around outside of glass. Pour espresso and oat milk over ice. Add splenda and more Bailey’s-flavored chocolate, then stir to combine.

For the cold foam:

½ cup Almond milk (vanilla, unsweetened)

2-3 drops green food coloring

In a separate pitcher, combine almond milk and green food coloring. Use a handheld milk frother to combine ingredients and make the foam. Pour foam on top of mocha

To top even further:

Whipped cream and green sprinkles (optional)

Enjoy!

Iced peppermint matcha latte

Ingredients:

1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but whatever your preference!)

1 tsp. Matcha powder

2 oz. boiling water

2-3 drops peppermint extract

Splash of vanilla extract

Sweetener to taste

Separate: ½ cup milk of choice to make an optional cold foam on top

Instructions:

In a glass or mason jar, pour 1 cup of milk over ice. In a separate pitcher, combine 1 tsp. Matcha with 2 oz. boiling water. Froth or whisk to combine, then pour matcha over the milk. Next, add peppermint extract and vanilla extract to taste, as well as sweetener (I used one packet of splenda). Stir to combine, or top with an optional cold foam and a dusting of matcha to add some visual interest. Enjoy!
